From The East:
1. Take the A69 from Newcastle to Carlisle. Join the A74 and follow instructions.
2. Take the A66 from Yorkshire, join the M6 which becomes the A74 and follow instructions.
From The West:
Gretna is 25 miles East of Dumfries and 100 miles East of Stranraer on the A75.
